The letter must include a company’s description in the following areas: legal, technical, scope, and quality certifications / accreditations. If the company shows characteristics that justify its review and possible inclusion in our list of providers; a qualifying and evaluation process will be done, if accepted, the supplier will be subject to annual periodic evaluations.
