Galp Energia will pay a dividend of €0.20/share in respect of financial year of 2011

Galp Energia's general meeting approved on 7 May 2012 the distribution of the dividend for 2011 of €0.20 per share, according with the dividend policy, approved in March 2012.

This dividend represents a dividend yield of 1.76% on the basis of the Company's share price at 31 December 2011.

NB. The general meeting decided in 2006 to pay an extraordinary dividend of €1.05/share considering the sale of regulated natural gas assets.
