Organisation of the Galp Energia group

Galp Energia's organisational structure consists of five business units under the guidance of each executive director, and a development project unit

We ensure the disclosure of economic and financial information on a consolidated and segmental basis. That is to say we report our activities in three business segments: Exploration and Production (E&P); Refining and Marketing (R&M); and Gas and Power (G&P).

In legal terms, Galp Energia is organised into 3 main sub-groups, which are directly owned by Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A.:

Petróleos de Portugal – Petrogal, S.A. and its affiliates that develop exploration, production and refining activities of crude oil and marketing activities of oil products;
GDP – Gás de Portugal, SGPS, S.A. and its affiliates that develop import, marketing and sales activities of natural gas;
Galp Power, SGPS, S.A. and its affiliates that develop activities in the power and the renewable energy sectors;

The results of over 80 companies are consolidated in the parent company, Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A.
