Code of ethics

Galp Energia's code of ethics aims to guide the personal and professional conduct of all employees regardless of their role as well as govern the relationship between employees, shareholders, clients, suppliers and representatives of the communities with which Galp Energia interacts.

The current code of ethics sets standards of conduct by which Galp Energia's stakeholders must abide.

Anti-corruption policy

Galp Energia’s anti-corruption policy pretends to make public the commitment to permanently promote the full respect of the ethics code and law in force provisions, having as objective follow the best practices of transparency expressed on several international normatives, namely, United Nations Convention against Corruption from 2004 (Principle 10 da UN Global Compact).

In compliance with anti-corruption policy, Galp Energia and associated companies’ businesses and activities should follow a framework of transparency, correction, professionalism, rigor, good faith and full respect by the competition laws.

The current anti-corruption policy sets standards of action which Galp Energia’s interested parties should respect and comply.

Corporate responsibility policy

The Corporate responsibility policy regulates the company’s procedures on Ethics, Environment, Social and Economic dimensions, incorporating them on the Company’s culture, which guarantees the social responsibility as one of the main lines of action and as corporate communication.
