Mission of the IR department
The IR department's mission is to plan, manage and coordinate all activities required to achieve Galp Energia's goals in its relationship with shareholders, institutional investors and financial analysts, among others, so as to ensure that communications result in a consistent and broad perception of Galp Energia leading to informed decisions by investors. This mission implies the provision of dependable and timely information to the market.
Main tasks of the IR department
The IR department's principal tasks are the fulfilment of legal duties to inform the regulator and the market including the publication of Galp Energia's results and activities, the reply to information requests by investors, financial analysts and other market participants and the assistance to the executive committee in dealling with issues regarding Galp Energia's status of public company.
