In agriculture, sulphur has been used for a long time in insecticides and fungicides. It has been improved as it leaves fewer residues in crops and has become more secure. Industry applications are also marketed in tablets and liquid (carried in a special tank vehicle with temperatures above 150 º C).
Sulphur is a chemical, insoluble in water and with a characteristic smell, similar to that of benzene. At room temperature, becomes solid and has a yellow colour.
