Type EP (extreme pressure), with lead-free technology, leaves lubricating layers with high resistance to loads, providing high performance and protection to the equipment. This range of products meets, among others, the following specifications: U.S. Steel 222, 224, Cincinnati Milacron P-59 and P-63, David Brown S1.53.101, AGMA 9005-D94, DIN 51517 - Part 3, ASLE 8-315.

Description
Range of high quality synthetic lubricants PAO based, comprise extreme pressure properties and a high viscosity. Its high thermal stability, superior to that of mineral oils, turns these products recommended for a wide range of operational service temperatures. With a PAO base, these products are compatible with mineral oils and meet the following specifications: DIN 51517 - PART 3 (CPL), U.S. STEEL 224, AGMA 9005-D94, DB DB 51.53.101 and 51.53.106.

"Lubricating oils with synthetic bases such as polyalphaolefins (PAO), these products have special additives confering them excellent protection capabilities under micropitting conditions. FLENDERS GmbH approved as "Lubricant Resistant to High Micropitting" complies with the following specifications: ANSI / AGMA 9005 ( Table 3), AISE 224 (old U.S. 224), DIN 51571 Part 3, David Brown S1.53.101, Cincinnati Machine P-35 (Grade 460), P-59 (Grade 320), P-74 (Grade 220).
